CEVA Newsfast is a division of CEVA Logistics.
CEVA Newsfast evolved through the re-design of the publishing supply chain in conjunction with News International Newspapers Ltd, which transferred the supply of newspapers from rail to road. Subsequently CEVA Newsfast brought on board the remainder of the national newspaper titles introducing a shared user benefit to primary newspaper distribution.
Further development and the utilisation of industry synergies led to the inclusion of magazine volume in 1989 leading on to the consolidation of the depot network service for pallet deliveries. From this point onwards the pallet network has developed year on year incorporating niche service offerings and routes to market for customers from a range of market sectors requiring distribution services including, bulk mail movements, retail deliveries, JIT production deliveries to manufacturers and home delivery.

The CEVA Newsfast network consists of a number of service offerings tailored to specific market sectors. The sectors complement each other well and allow CEVA Newsfast to optimise resources to their greatest potential to provide commercially viable network solutions with true 24/7 coverage. The services offered are based around the standard template of a national “Next Day” delivery service. However, each customer’s specific requirements are catered for by the augmentation of services such as delivery booking, supplier collections, reverse logistics, cross dock and in some cases an element of storage to support their stock holdings. This places CEVA in a unique position to offer bespoke solutions whilst offering the attractive commercial value of a multi-user network.
